Pizza Ranch, founded in 1981 in Hull, Iowa, operates more than 60 locations throughout the Midwest. The concept is built around its "Mile Long Buffet," featuring dishes such as Asian Sesame Chicken and a variety of pizza options. And if a customer doesn't see a fa­vorite pizza on the buffet, the restaurant will make it and deliver it to the table. In 2011, following repeated customer requests, the company introduced a gluten-free pizza. This year, Pizza Ranch renewed a sponsorship deal with the Iowa Speedway and will de­liver pizza to every driver who visits the track through the 2013 season.
