Pizzashop opens in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Pizzashop pizzeria has opened in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, bringing a new style to the city, according to a KELO report.

Owner Josiah Urban told the news station that his dough is a thin crust. "It's all made by hand. It takes a lot of skill to make it, anyone who is going to be making the pizzas is going to have to train with me for at least three months before they're able to make it," Urban said.

The new shop uses a brick oven sourced from New Jersey, from which Urban hails.

Pizzashop offers toppings like white truffle oil, shaved Parmesan, homemade meatballs, and fresh mushrooms and sausage.

"In total we have about 30 different toppings," Urban told KELO.

Urban is currently staffing the restaurant and training.
