Pizzeria faces criticism for Jeffrey Dahmer-inspired pizza

Capital Pizza in Lubbock, Texas, is receiving some backlash for its Jeffrey Dahmer inspired pizza, according to a report in The Guardian.

A server at the restaurant thought up the inedible prop pizza after watching the popular Netflix series "Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story."

The pizza has a Styrofoam base topped with fake blood, ramen noodles with plastic eyeballs, fingers and an ear.

Workers at the pizzeria say the "Jeffrey Dahmer Special" was created with Halloween in mind, but social media users aren't finding it so clever, leaving negative reviews on the restaurant's Yelp page and on Twitter.

The pizzeria isn't selling the pizza. It's merely a prop.
