Pizzeria found partially liable in delivery crash

The Chicago Tribune: A jury awarded more than $4.5 million to a Huntley, Ill., couple on Aug. 31 for injuries they suffered in a 2003 crash with a pizza-delivery driver's car.

The jury assigned 15 percent of the blame for the accident to Rosati's Pizza and its delivery driver, and 85 percent of the blame to the driver of the passenger car in which the couple were riding when the accident occurred.
