Pizzeria owner cited after screaming at health official

Center Daily: A Pennsylvania pizzeria owner was charged with disorderly conduct after he yelled at a local health official who arrived at his shop for a routine inspection. Shop owner, Howard Bletz, also refused to let the inspector in.
