Pizzeria owner looks to mom for inspiration

Utica Observer-Dispatch: Nicholas Cavalier III always kept a picture of his mother, who died of cancer last year, nearby when he was setting up his new restaurant in Utica, N.Y. The restaurant, called N.Y.P.D. (New York Pizza and Deli), opened this week.
