Pizzeria owner sues police over alleged taser prank

WLS (Chicago): Tinley Park, Ill., pizzeria owner Alexander Mendez is suing the Tinley Park police department after he was shot in the head with a taser gun. Mendez claims a police officer shot him during a prank gone wrong.
