Pizzeria sues over definition of 'brick oven'

Loudon Times-Mirror (Leesburg, Va.): Emilio's Brick Oven Pizza in Loudon, Va., has filed a lawsuit against neighboring pizzeria Not Your Average Joe's, claiming the restaurant is selling brick-oven pizza. Emilio's purchased the exclusive right to sell brick-oven pizza in its contract with the developer of the retail complex where both shops are located.
Not Your Average Joe's says it does not serve brick-oven pizza, but pizza cooked in a stone hearth oven.
