Pizzeria's liquor license under scrutiny
December 10, 2007
Nashua Telegraph (New Hampshire): The chief of enforcement for New Hampshire's liquor commission wants to pull a Hudson, N.H., restaurant's liquor license permanently following two separate fatal motor vehicle accidents. The accidents involved patrons who had been drinking at the restaurant. Johnny's Pizzeria, which opened in September 2004, was cited for two other liquor violations prior to the fatal accidents.
