Preferred Restaurant Brands adds two Papa John's locations

Preferred Restaurant Brands opened its third and fourth Papa John's location last weekend, in Roseville and Fresno, California.

"We are excited to be continuing our expansion of Papa John's presence in Northern California and opening our first location in Fresno," CEO Ken Antos said in a news release. "These locations opened to strong results this past weekend, as did our prior two locations that opened last month in Rocklin and Roseville. We expect to open a fifth location in January and a number more over the first six months of 2015."

The Roseville location is in approximately 1,200 square feet of space, leased and renovated by Preferred Restaurant Brands, in the Douglas Ridge Shopping Center. 

The Fresno location is in an approximately 1,400-square-foot space, leased and renovated by Preferred Restaurant Brands, in the West Pointe Shopping Center.  

Preferred Restaurant Brands currently has seven additional Papa John's locations in the Fresno and Sacramento areas in various stages of planning and construction. 

"We expect to meet our Papa John's-related growth targets over the next 12 months in addition to our pending acquisition of two existing Papa John's locations in the Fresno area," Antos said.
