Prince Street Pizza set to open in Chicago

Prince Street Pizza will open its first Chicago location this fall, according to a press release.

The pizzeria will be located at 937-939 West Randolph Street in Fulton Market.

"We are thrilled to open Prince Street Pizza in Chicago as it's one of the greatest food cities in America, known for its incredible pizza," Lawrence Longo, Prince Street Pizza co-founder, said in the press release. "Our signature Sicilian pies are a great balance between the city's famous tavern and deep-dish styles and we look forward to introducing them this fall in Fulton Market. It's an honor to be surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Chicago, in a neighborhood with such a vibrant food culture."

Prince Street Pizza was founded in 2012. The pizzeria now boasts locations in Miami, Florida, Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as across Southern California with eight current locations, including Costa Mesa. In October 2023, Prince Street Pizza opened a location in Toronto, Canada. The brand is known for its classic Sicilian-style pizza.
