Punch Pizza samples new shipment of bufala mozzarella

Punch Pizza is giving away part of the 2,000-pound shipment of bufala mozzarella it has just received from Italy. The Twin Cities-based Neapolitan pizzeria concept has posted a coupon on flickr that offers customers a free "buf moz upgrade" or $3 off pizzas with the cheese, through May 30.
The promotion was disseminated through the company's e-mail and other online marketing venues. Redeemers can print and bring coupons or flash them from their mobile phones.
