Italian Chefs Don Antonio Starita and Roberto Caporuscio will lead a masters' demonstration of Neapolitan dough-making and stretching at 6 p.m. March 4 and 5 at both of Racca's Pizzeria Napoletana locations in Denver. A $60 ticket also provides dinner, drinks, dessert and a discussion of pizza and wine pairing, according to a company press release.
