RedBrick Pizza is launching an expansion campaign aimed at adding more than a dozen restaurants in Nebraska over the next three years.

RedBrick Pizza is launching an expansion campaign aimed at adding more than a dozen restaurants in Nebraska over the next three years.

The company will host a VIP Taste & Tour franchise event from 6-9:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West located at 17879 Chicago Street in Omaha on Jan. 13. Franchise prospects will have an opportunity to meet RedBrick Pizza Founder Jim Minidis.

The event will include a visit to the newly opened RedBrick Pizza at Oak View Mall for a private tour of the kitchen and product sampling from across the menu. The Oak View Mall location is a corporate-owned restaurant for the franchisor and is immediately available for sale to franchise prospects with restaurant experience who are interested in opening future outlets.

"We've enjoyed a tremendous reception for our new food court location, and we see incredible demand to grow RedBrick in the region," said Chris Pfau, chief operating officer for RedBrick Pizza.
