RedBrick Pizza extends presence to the Bluegrass State

RedBrick Pizza announced its first Kentucky restaurant will open this holiday season at Mall St. Matthews in Louisville. This new location is the first of several restaurants in the area to be developed within the next three years.

Located at 5000 Shelbyville Rd., this food court location features the new "Classic Italian" design for RedBrick Pizza Kitchen + Cafe, showcasing an open-flame brick oven, wood paneling and classic Italian architecture components.

"We are very excited to introduce the new RedBrick Pizza design to shoppers at Mall St. Matthews," COO Chris Pfau said in a news release. "With a diverse community of pizza lovers continually searching for a higher quality pizza, Louisville offers us the opportunity to show everyone what RedBrick Pizza has to offer."

The Mall St. Matthews location is a corporate-owned site and is immediately available for sale to franchise prospects.
