RedBrick Pizza has franchise fires burning

Monterey Herald: RedBrick Pizza, known for its "3-minute pizzas" baked in 1,000 F wood-fired ovens, is stoking its franchise fires for the end of 2005 and well into the future. Its owner believes his chain can reach 12,000 units by filling a void in the fast-casual dining segment.
