RedBrick Pizza plans big expansion in Texas

Austin Business Journal: RedBrick Pizza believes it can open 40 units in and around Austin, Texas, within three years. The chain has 53 units built around its gas-fired brick ovens, which it claims cook pizzas in three minutes.
