RedBrick Pizza plans expansion throughout Kentucky

RedBrick Pizza is launching a campaign to add more than a dozen restaurants in Kentucky throughout the next three years. The company will host a VIP Taste & Tour franchise event from 6-9:30 p.m. at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Louisville on Jan. 15.

Franchise prospects will have an opportunity to meet RedBrick Pizza Founder Jim Minidis, learn about the concept and talk with company executives in person.
 
The event will include a visit to the newly-opened RedBrick Pizza at Mall St. Matthews for a private tour of the kitchen and product sampling from across the menu. The mall location is a corporate-owned restaurant for the franchisor and is immediately available for sale to franchise prospects with restaurant experience who are interested in opening future outlets.

"We've enjoyed a tremendous reception for our new food court location, and we see incredible demand to grow RedBrick in the region," COO Chris Pfau said in a news release. "The New Year is the perfect time to see our operation up close for anyone interested in joining our award-winning chain."
