RedBrick Pizza plans Taste & Tour event for franchise prospects

RedBrick Pizza is launching an expansion campaign to add more than a dozen restaurants in Nebraska over the next three years. The company will host a VIP Taste & Tour franchise event from 6-9:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West on Jan. 13. Franchise prospects will have an opportunity to meet RedBrick Pizza Founder Jim Minidis, learn about the concept and talk with company executives in person.

The event will include a visit to the newly-opened RedBrick Pizza for a private tour of the kitchen and product sampling from across the menu.

"We’ve enjoyed a tremendous reception for our new food court location, and we see incredible demand to grow RedBrick in the region," COO Chris Pfau said in a news release. "The New Year is the perfect time to see our operation up close for anyone interested in joining our award-winning chain."
