RedBrick Pizza plants flag in Nebraska

RedBrick Pizza will open its first Nebraska restaurant this month at Oakview Mall in Omaha. According to a news releae, this new location is the first of several planned for the area in the next three years.

“We believe Omaha is the perfect city to open our first RedBrick Pizza restaurant in Nebraska,” COO Chris Pfau said in a news release. “Omaha has a growing community of pizza lovers continually searching for a higher quality pizza. RedBrick Pizza uses the highest quality better for you ingredients, organic sauce, made from scratch dough combining brick oven tradition with new world recipes.”

The Oakview Mall location is a corporate-owned site for the franchisor and is immediately available for sale to franchise prospects with restaurant experience who are interested in opening future outlets.
