Restaurateurs team up to open pizzeria in Fairmont, New York

Comp-Tin Pizza and Provisions will open in Fairport, New York next month, according to a Democrat & Chronicle report.

The pizzeria is the brain child of Brendon Clar, co-owner of Compané Trattoria, and Daniel D'Angelantonio, co-owner of the sports bar Tin Cup Social. The pizzeria will pair the offerings of both restaurants and has a drive-thru.

Rather than serving the wood-fired pizzas that Compané Trattoria sells, Comp-Tin Pizza and Provisions will offer Sicilian pizza as well as a Western New York-style pizza.

"That's what sells around here so you've got the people what they want," Clar told the news outlet.
