Revention has launched an ordering module designed to help pizza joints and other full-service restaurants manage operations, according to a company press release. The guest management solution provides real-time kitchen preparation times, tracks table turns and order statuses and monitors to-go orders, said Laura J. Gaudin, Revention's director of product management.
"The traditional full-service model is evolving. It's all about increasing sales and finding new ways to sell more product. This is where Revention excels," she said. "It is common for a concept to offer full service, bar, and carryout to meet consumer demand. Revention can simultaneously accommodate all of these service styles with ease, and includes options for an integrated online ordering site and a custom mobile app."
The platform offers graphical indicators that allow managers to quickly assess the status of each table within the dining room, and additional features help to streamline kitchen efficiencies, kitchen production item counts and production times and timers, Gaudin said.
