According to an SEC filing, Rogers's compensation is based on a salary of $619,424, a $475,000 bonus (compared to $550,000 last year), $263,233 in supplemental benefits, plus 62,500 stock options.

On October 17, Pizza Inn reported flat earnings per share for its first quarter ended September 23, 2001 of 6 cents for the same quarter last year.
