Northern Ohio-based Romeo's Pizza has opened a store in the lakefront city of Huron, outside of Sandusky, Ohio this week on Cleveland Road East, according to a news release.
Franchisee Ryan Pojman will be at the helm of the operation, just off Lake Erie.
"I have always loved taking day trips to Huron to reap the benefits of the lakefront beauty while enjoying food and drinks at local establishments," Pojman said in the release. "It was during the most recent trip that I thought bringing my favorite pizza, Romeo's, to the area was a great idea. We look forward to serving and supporting Huron for many years to come."
Romeo's Pizza has 48 locations in Ohio, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
"Our growth and success are based on quality and customer service," Romeo's CEO Ryan Rose said in the release. "We're proud to create new jobs in the community and are excited to introduce Huron to our award-winning pizzas."
Romeo's Pizza is based in Medina, Ohio.
