DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- San Francisco-based Round Table Pizza has signed a long-term development agreement with United Arab Emirates partner Ghassan Wehbe.
Wehbe, who currently operates seven Round Table Pizza restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has acquired rights to expand to 17 locations within the UAE. Additionally, Wehbe and Round Table Pizza are eyeing further development in other Persian Gulf Coast countries based on their initial success.
"I lived on Round Table Pizza as a university student and knew its founder," Wehbe said. "Round Table's quality is second to none, and we've worked hard to further that reputation in the UAE. Since Dubai is a business and tourist hub, Round Table Pizza's name is renowned throughout the Middle East."
