NY Post: Ruth Madoff, the wife of convicted financier Bernie Madoff, became upset when dining at a California Pizza Kitchen in Manhattan this week after her server refused to accept the expired coupons she presented. Several diners told waiters in the restaurant they shouldn't serve her.
