Sbarro hires Beaudrault as new QSR president

MELVILLE, N.Y.—Nine-hundred-unit Sbarro, Inc. named Peter J. Beaudrault president of the company's quick service dining division.

According to a Nation's Restaurant News report, Beaudrault replaces Anthony Missano, a 27-year Sbarro veteran, who was appointed president of business development.
