Sbarro Israel negotiating to manage Pizza Meter

Globes Online: Sbarro Israel is negotiating a deal to assume management of, but not a merger with, the Pizza Meter pizza chain.

Under the deal, Sbarro Israel will run Pizza Meter in exchange for management fees, but it will not be its partner. Sbarro Israel declined to comment on the report. Sbarro Israel took over the administration of Domino's Pizza Israel last year when its financial troubles nearly did it in.
