Sbarro has introduced the Garden Harvest Veggie Pizza in Columbus, Ohio.
Made in house daily, it features roasted crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, green bell peppers, roasted red peppers and the company’s San Marzano – style tomato sauce. Each slice is cut in the same extra-large New York-style size. The combo, which includes a side salad and a drink, is less than 500 calories.
According to Dwayne Adams, Sbarro’s VP of Culinary, "We wanted to offer a healthy option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor."
