S.C. gets ‘shroomed

Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers recently opened in Lexington, S.C., offering customers its "creative menu" featuring an assortment of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones, appetizers, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

The restaurant also has two large patios, live trivia nights and a beer club that gives members free T-shirts when they've tried all 90 plus of the restaurant's beers.

"Mellow Mushroom is the perfect fit for Lexington, bringing an exciting atmosphere and incredible food,” said co-owner John Wallace.
