Schnatter's Calistoga Bakery Café eyes expansion

NaplesNews.com (Florida): Calistoga Bakery Cafe, the coffee house and sandwich shop founded by Naples developer Mark Bates and Papa John's founder John Schnatter, is slated to open two new locations in the Naples area by Thanksgiving, with locations in Bonita Springs and Estero, Fla., and in Louisville and Lexington, Ky., to follow.
Bates and Schnatter plan to have eight to 10 restaurants open by June 2008.
