Second NYPD pizzeria may evoke city's ire

Newsday: In the wake of a lawsuit filed against Orlando, Fla.-based NYPD Pizza for trademark infringement, reporters from Newsday have learned of a similarly-named pizzeria in Philadelphia. The New York Pizza Department in Philadelphia was named the best pizzeria in town by Philadelphia magazine in 2005.
