Singas Famous Pizza to open in Maryland

New York legacy pizzeria brand Singas Famous Pizza is opening a location in Catonsville, Maryland, according to a wmar2news report.

The pizza brand, which hails from Queens, NY, opened in 1967 and offers pizzas, salads, sandwiches and pasta.

Local franchisee Ankit Desai hopes to open more locations in the future.

"We will expand in Maryland at some point," he told the news outlet.

Singas has more than 30 locations.
