Slim & Husky's to open 1st Alabama location

Nashville-based Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria is planning to open its first Alabama location, according to an al.com report.

The brand will open in a long-abandoned lot after knocking down the vacant building on site. The Slim & Husky's is slated to have a drive-thru, a first for the brand.

Slim & Husky's has units in Georgia, Tennessee and California. The brand is owned by Derrick Moore, E.J. Reed and Derrick Moore.
