Speak Cheezy mobile unit to open brick-and-mortar store

Speak Cheezy, a mobile sourdough pizzeria, will open a brick-and-mortar store, according to a report in the LA Times. The restaurant will be located in Belmont Heights in Long Beach, California.

The operation will open in early 2022 and is owned by chef-owner Jason Winters and his wife, Merly Winters. It will offer on-site dining, carryout and delivery, and will be open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner, according to the newspaper.
