SpeedLine Solutions unveils cloud-based POS system SpeedLine Plus

SpeedLine Solutions has launched SpeedLine Plus, a cloud-based POS system for pizzerias, multi-unit operators and delivery restaurants. The platform is an integrated system designed to simplify operations, drive sales and reduce the burden of PCI compliance, according to a press release.

SpeedLine Plus features centralized cloud controls for managing menus, employees and store configurations. According to the company, operators can now adjust menus, pricing, hours and staff schedules from any location while keeping the same in-store functionality.

The platform includes several key components:

• SpeedDine: An online ordering solution that integrates directly with the POS. Orders are sent directly to the POS and customers can redeem rewards.

• SpeedLine Marketplace: This feature integrates orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub directly into the POS, eliminating the need for separate tablets. It allows for unified reporting and automated updates to menus and prices.

• SpeedLine Loyalty: A rewards program that is fully embedded into the POS and the online ordering platform. Customers can enroll via QR codes on receipts. It includes a Loyalty Basic tier with a points program and a Loyalty Enhanced tier that adds a branded mobile app and digital wallet.

• SpeedLine Payments: A solution that handles in-store, online, mobile and delivery transactions. It supports EMV, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The company states it offers lower processing fees on card-present transactions and simplified support directly through SpeedLine's Customer Service Team.

SpeedLine Plus is built for every role in a restaurant business. According to the company, it provides centralized menu management, branding consistency and multi-location reporting for franchise owners; faster service, accurate orders and real-time cloud access for operators and optimized routes, visual dispatch tools and integrated mobile payments for delivery teams.
