SPIN! adds new shrimp dishes, more sizes of beer, wine

Kansas City, Missouri-based SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza has introduced small plates, shrimp dishes, appetizers, a new dip, and more sizes of wine and beer to its newly expanded menu in its hometown market.

Kansas City, Missouri-based SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza has introduced small plates, shrimp dishes, appetizers, a new dip, and more sizes of wine and beer to its newly expanded menu in its hometown market.

All dishes were created by SPIN! Pizza’s chef partner Michael Smith, who was named 2014 Chef Innovator of the Year by the National Restaurant Association.

The SPIN! Shrimp options include the Calabrian Shrimp Formaggi and the Shrimp Scampi pizza. The Calabrian Shrimp Formaggi, the new Roasted Eggplant Parmigiana and Stuffed Mondo Pork Meatball are available as appetizers, side dishes or as Mini Mia meals with choice of soup or salad.

Additionally, the company has introduced lemon ricotta and olive oil dip served with warm flatbread to its menu, replacing the artichoke and olive spread.

Larger sizes of craft beer and red, white and Chianti house wines by the glass are now available as well as nine ounce wine served in an Italian glass jelly jar

SPIN!’s craft draft beers are now available in a 16 ounce serving and a new 22 ounce pour.
