Stevi B's Pizza names senior director of franchise operations

MARIETTA, Ga. -- Scott Knight has joined Stevi B's Pizza as senior director of franchise operations, the company has announced. Knight will focus on building restaurant sales and franchisee profitability while overseeing franchise operations, training, retail technology, food safety and franchise human resources.
Prior to joining Stevi B's Pizza, Knight spent more than 13 years with Sonic Drive-In. While with Sonic, Knight served five years as the brand's director of operations for 63 majority-owned stores. Most recently, Knight was regional manager and minority partner with an Oklahoma-based franchisee operating 13 Sonic Drive-In locations in the West Metro Atlanta area. Earlier in his career, he worked as director of operations for a Whataburger franchisee in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Knight, a Mississippi native, earned his master's of business administration from Mississippi State University in 1990 and currently resides in Woodstock, Ga., with his wife, Lisa and their two children.
