Swander becomes president, COO at Multifoods

MINNEAPOLIS -- International Multifoods Corp. tapped Dan Swander, former chairman and managing director of Swander Pace & Co., as president and chief operating officer. Multifoods is a major supplier food ingredients to the U.S. pizza industry.

The foodservice manufacturer and distributor also hired Daryl Schaller as vice president of research and development. Schaller's previous experience includes a 25-year career at Kellogg Co.
