Take-and-bake pizza program cooking at Breadeaux Pisa

Moberly Monitor-Index: Three months ago, Breadeaux Pisa, Inc. began testing a take-and-bake program in its corporate units. The test was rolled out to nine other units and is now going systemwide.

"Feedback from the test locations has been positive regarding the quality of this product, and the ease of the operation," said operations director Shannon Gilliland.
