Texas pizza maker seeks top prize in Pizza Pizzazz contest

Houston Chronicle: Cyprus, Texas's, Eric Lippmann is traveling 1,100 miles to Columbus, Ohio, to bake his best at the Pizza Pizzazz competition at the North American Pizza & Ice Cream Show. The owner of EJ's Neighborhood Pizzeria and Italian Eatery wants to land the top prize of a trip to Italy, where he would battle the best of the best at the World Pizza Championships.
