The Associated Press:A third person is facing a life sentence in prison for the 2002 robbery and murder of a pizza driver.
Billy Joe Hawkins, 19, of Huntsville, Ala., pleaded guilty to murder and robbery charges on Sept. 23, in the death of Barry Schrader, 57, of Taft, Tenn.
Three years ago, Hawkins and two others ambushed Schrader, beat him with a baseball bat and left him for dead.
Madison County Circuit Judge Loyd H. Little Jr. plans to sentence Hawkins on Monday.
