Curbit, a technology company specializing in AI-powered dynamic order throttling for restaurants, is partnering with restaurant tech platform Toast to ensure customers have accurate promise times based on real-time analysis of kitchen capacity.
"Operators no longer have to make judgment calls about whether to turn off digital ordering during busy periods," Scott Siegel, co-founder of Curbit said in a company press release. "They can focus on what they do best, making great food," said Scott Siegel, co-founder of Curbit. "This integration adds an important layer of precision of how ready-time expectations are managed for Toast customers and their valued guests.
In addition to ensuring accurate promise times, Curbit's integration provides real-time order tracking via mobile notifications. Guests are informed of progress from the time they checkout until the order is ready for pickup, ensuring a timely arrival and fresh food. This real-time transparency cultivates additional guest confidence and satisfaction.
"There is a direct correlation between a consistent guest experience and higher repeat visits," Siegel said. "We're thrilled to introduce this transformative solution to the Toast ecosystem."
Toast customers may activate the Curbit integration directly from their portal.
