Tony Palombino to open Boombozz Pizza & Tap House

Louisville, Ky. — Tony Boombozz has announced it will officially open its newest Boombozz restaurant in March of 2009 in Louisville, Ky. The new prototype will replace a current Tony Boombozz Pizzeria location, a delivery- and carryout-only unit which will close at the end of the year to prepare for the new location. The new restaurant will be named Boombozz Pizza & Tap House. Boombozz Pizza & Tap House will be a neighborhood restaurant and bar featuring award-winning pizza, pastas, calzones and salads, in addition to a full bar complete with a selection of beers from around the world. It will feature Kentucky's first frosted bar top, an innovative design built into the bar to keep beverages cold.
