Topper's hosting promotion to ring in the New Year

Canada's Topper's Pizza is hosting a "Special Moments" promotion from now through Jan. 6. As part of the deal, customers can order two large pizzas — one specialty and one one-topping large — for $23.95.

This is an approximate savings of $13.75.
