Toppers picks up expansion pace

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Scott Gittrich dropped out of the University of Illinois to pursue his dream of opening a pizzeria. He now owns Toppers Pizza Inc., which just opened its 26th restaurant.

Gittrich aims to have 100 stores by 2013 and 500 by 2020.
