Toppers Pizza arrives in Concord, North Carolina

Wisconsin-based Toppers Pizza has opened in Concord, North Carolina, according to a press release.
It's the brand's fifth location in the greater Charlotte Metro area and the 71st nationally. The location is under the helm of franchisee Ruzlan Quevedo Gonzalez of Pizza QSA LLC. Born in Cuba and later becoming an American citizen, Ruzlan is Toppers' first Latino franchisee.
"Opening our fifth location in Charlotte is a significant milestone," Mac Malchow, VP of development for Toppers Pizza, said in the press release. "We're eager to serve the people of Concord and provide a space where friends and families can enjoy vivid flavors and great food. It's a privilege to bring Toppers to this community and be part of its growth and energy."
Toppers Pizza was founded in 1991.
