Topper's Pizza offers lactose-free mozzarella to Ontario consumers

Topper's Pizza is offering it's Ontario customers a lactose-free mozzarella. The chain has 37 locations across Ontario and offers Galbani Professionale lactose-free pizza mozzarella made with 100 percent Canadian milk, according to a press release.

The cheese is produced by Lactalis.

"Galbani is the number one cheese in Italy — with over 140-years of history, which is one of many reasons we are proud to partner with them," Marie Fennell, president of Topper's Pizza, said in the release. "Lactose intolerant customers should feel confident they can now indulge in a great pizza experience with our lactose-free offering without discomfort."
