Toppers Pizza opens 71st location

Toppers Pizza has opened a location in Concord, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, according to a company news report.

The restaurant is operated and owned by Ruzlan Quevedo Gonzalez, Toppers' first Latino franchisee. Gonzalez was born in Cuba and later became an American citizen.

It is Toppers' 71st location. The brand is based in Wisconsin.
