Uncle Maddio's has opened nine new stores so far in 2013, with two more planned this summer. By August, Uncle Maddio's will have 18 stores in operation, with another 130 in development.
"Our brand was little more than a vision in 2007," said Matt Andrew, founder and chief pizza maker. "Five years later we can truly say we've hit our stride. The secret to our success is the uniqueness of pizza customization in the limited service marketplace. Uncle Maddio's guests can specify their exact preferences — healthy or indulgent — quickly and for a great price."
